Licensee portal

1. Are you an existing licensee who hasn’t yet accessed the upgraded portal for the first time?

   Do not try to login to the portal until you have followed the instructions below.

   Note: If you have not logged into your RealMe account recently, sign in to the RealMe website to ensure your username and password are up to date. You do not need a verified identity to access the REA portal. If you are unable to access your RealMe account, please contact the RealMe team on 0800 664 774.

   Step 1: Find your personalised link from REA.

   Locate the most recent email sent to you from email address DoNotForward@rea.govt.nz with the subject line “REA – Your link to the upgraded licensee portal.” (tip: check your junk and deleted folders too). If you cannot find your link, email licensing@rea.govt.nz and we will re-issue you one.

   Step 2: Click on the personalised link and log in with your RealMe account

   Step 3: Confirm that you have now accessed the portal

   You should now see your licence information and contact details. If you do not see your licence information and contact details, contact licensing@rea.govt.nz. Do not enter any new information.

2. Have you already accessed the upgraded portal for the first time?

   If you are an existing licensee and have already accessed the upgraded portal for the first time, log in by clicking the button below. Do not re-use your link.

3. Are you applying for a licence for the first time?

   If you are applying for a licence for the first time, click on the button below.

   Apply for your new licence
